DinnerDibs plans household dinners, builds shopping lists, and hands off carts to supported grocery retailers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Accounts belong to individuals; data belongs to a shared household. Everyone you invite can see and edit the household's recipes, plans, lists, and preferences. Invite only people you trust with that.
The app's suggestions — including recipes, "health" grades, nutrition estimates, and allergy-aware filtering — are generated automatically from public data and AI models. They can be wrong or incomplete. Always read actual product labels and verify ingredients yourself before buying or eating anything, especially for allergies or medical diets. The app is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice and is no substitute for a professional. Never rely on the app as your only check against an allergen.
Prices, availability, and product data come from retailers and may be outdated or wrong; the retailer's site is authoritative at checkout. Retailer links may be affiliate links that earn us a commission at no cost to you.
Some features require a paid subscription ([$X.99/month or $XX/year], billed through the App Store / Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings; refunds follow the store's policies. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. A free tier or trial, where offered, is described at the point of purchase.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping, reselling, reverse-engineering, attempting to access other households' data, or automated bulk use of the AI features beyond normal household planning.
Recipes and photos you add stay yours. You give us the license needed to store and process them to run the service (including the AI processing described in the Privacy Policy) and to share them with your household members.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty. We may change or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
